Although ESPS Extended Day Program (EDP) is open to any student regardless of age/grade, there is an existing agreement from 2014-15 between ESPS and Jack Purcell Community Centre (JPCC) whereby grade 1-6 students attend JPCC and JK/SK students attend Elgin. JPCC cannot offer after care to 4 year olds by law and will not offer to 5 year olds by agreement with Elgin.
