The Elgin Street PS Extended Day Program (EDP) is open to any student regardless of age/grade, however:

• there is an existing agreement from 2014-15 between Elgin Street PS and Jack Purcell Community Centre (JPCC) whereby JK/SK students attend Elgin and grade 1-6 students attend Jack Purcell CC.
• JPCC cannot offer after-care to 4 year olds by law and will not offer care to 5 year olds by agreement with Elgin.

Students may also attend after care at:

• Taggart Family YMCA-YWCA
• Community Activities Group of Old Ottawa East (CAG)
• Rainbow Kidschool
• Lady Evelyn P.S
• Florence St. Daycare
